@Vento: Wow! That brings back memories. I operated a Musik Express from 1969-1972 in Coney Island (NYC) that was manufactured by Mack (I think) but of course it didn't have LED lighting back then. We did have a great sound system though from a Germany company called Dyna (no relation to the U.S. based Dynakit). All the sound systems I've heard on disco rides in recent years sound vastly inferior.
Unfortunately, I never photographed it. All I have is a catalog photo of the exact model we had.
Pity that there are no photos of it.
I love strolling through the fair, the colors, the lights, the sparkle and the glitter, the big eyes of the children, the whole energy of the scenery, the smell of roasted almonds.....
In the nearest larger city there is a big fairground taking place this week, I hope I find enough time for a stroll with my Z6 at the weekend.
Oregon - John Day Fossil Beds National Monument - Painted Hills Unit
Lots of yellow, black, gold, and red coloring in the hills and one of the richest fossil beds in North America.
As often happens we had the entire park to ourselves.
The LocHal (short for Locomotive Hall) is a former railroad workshop in the Spoorzone of the Dutch city of Tilburg, which was converted from 2017 to 2019 into a center for art, culture and meeting, with the main location of De Bibliotheek (Library) Midden-Brabant as the largest user. The renovation, which cost more than thirty million euros, resulted in several architectural prizes, including the election as World Building of the Year.
