Could you please explain what you understand as color science and what better color science actually means?

Nop, sorry. Also my english is really bad. (juste read sony improve skintones in new camera)

I'm just here because i have trouble to devellope sometimes with my a7III or a6500 and i find this canon dcp file really good for my utility. So i'm asking if someone can help me with new version for a7III or a version who match with a6500.

I can’t find a single review on this. It looks interesting but would love to get some insight from hands on use.

I will be getting the profiles for the A7R IV and testing it to share images here tomorrow or so.

Do you have any samples showing the difference between the two?

I've liked the colors on Sony a7ii, a7iii, a7riv, a9, and a9ii. I liked Canon R5's. I loved Fuji GFX 50S.

I think the differences aren't as big as people make them out to be, and while this isn't true about everyone, the vast majority of people just parrot what they've heard others say... "I like Xxxx's color science." Or they just like the color science of whichever expensive camera they currently own.

I've seen enough double blind studies to know that color science preference boils down to bias in most cases.

Pd: there's also this metameric failure of the sensor, achieving every color we want from a raw sometimes is not as easy as it would seem. For example, the Sony sensors often have problems with shades of purple/blues, whereas canon does just fine.

Are you saying the photo on the right is bad because it's from a Sony?
