Street food vendor just outside our hotel in Zhangjiajie - his food beats the food at the fancy restaurant for a fraction of the price... His wife sells fruit right next to his stall.
Payment? Easy, every vendor, no matter how small accepts cashless and convenient payments no matter where you go in China.
Still my favorite portrait lens but big and heavy to carry around, especially on a trip... And occasionally, I am not shy in stopping the lens down to get the effect I am after...

And thank you! I like both the 85 and 75mm lenses, but I think I like the 75mm rendering a tad better. It’s a beautiful little lens.

Whoa! Joahua, the trompe de l'oeil in this is incredible. It is visually very complex to parse the depth. This is like a real world Escher image. Stellar eye and execution.

The local guide I retained for the trip arranged the photoshoot of this elderly fisherman at the Li River. Except for my wife, my sister and her husband that used their phone, I was the only one there with a "real" camera, taking pictures of this guy...
