You have high exceptions of yourself if those are "bottom of barrel" Very nice sets.

All the guides I was with if Africa referred to wild dog vs painted wolf. Here is an interesting picture

These are gorgeous Mr. KD

Number eight knocks my socks off!

I can't imagine seeing all those lions at one time looking through my camera WOW...
How many lions were in front of you taking this oh so special picture number 8? Love it - bravo...

Great bottom of the barrell shots KD. All are sweet. Liking the pelican shots

thanks UT. we had a morning with the Pelicans, most times they would fly away from us. occasionally I could get them in line.

Scrape away, KD, as these are terrific images!

thanks Fred. the challenge for me is to determine whether a photo is worth processing or not. The 1st and 2nd round are easy, but then it gets tougher.

Always nice to go through the vault and find some quality and yet unprocessed photos. These really make me feel like I was in Africa. There is great diversity. Very nice.

Only 16, I'm disappointed! I enjoyed every one of them KD. There is a halo around the head of the baboon in 5 and a much larger one around the elephant in 6. Both look like processing artifacts.

Morris

thanks morris for viewing and pointing out the artifacts. will reprocess.

Those are some amazing “bottom of the barrel” photos - the best that I have seen! Hard to pick favorites but I would go with 6 and 8.

thanks Bobby. When you have approx 7k-12k of pictures from 1 trip, it is a struggle to select which one would be a good picture to process after 1 or 2 passes.
