Female Peregrine Falcon did an air food transfer to one of her juvies. The juvie attempted to catch but failed. The mom swooped down and snatched the prey as it was free falling...

Three birds at once: Indigo Bunting, Field Sparrow, and Sandhill Crane. An interesting grouping! (From a recent trip to the Kettle Moraine area in WI). A7R4, 70-200 GM II, heavily cropped.
