Along Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive, Apopka, FL.
This was a challenging shot to capture believe it or not, all the tiny branches and leaves in front of the hawk kept pulling focus. I was able to position myself enough to get the eye in focus and take a few shots before it took off.

Looking at a Great Egret family with both Parents in breeding plumage and a fuzzy nestling and a second barely visible in the foliage and you can see its eye in the nest in a Breeding Colony.
