Ummmm, nothing really wrong with the 20G but I found it a bit too wide in general use really so 24mm does suit me a bit better for stuff aside from night skies. Also the extra bit of aperture for light gathering helps out a bit too.
A simple shot from yesterday's trip to a Hindu temple in Cary, NC. I've been on a long hiatus from shooting...some personal issues producing a pretty profound personal inertia. Trying to find my way back. Anyway, this was probably the only shot I took that I was pleased with. I desaturated the background using Lightroom's subject select function. I was pretty surprised how well it selected the flowers...then I inverted the selection:
