thanks to all you for patiently viewing and commenting on my pictures. I have about 15% of the photos to process after this set. There was a general consensus that 40 and 39 pictures seem not to be good numbers so I'll try one more time to get it right .
I was blown away by CR. There is so much diversity in the wildlife that it is impossible not be be in awe of it.
There are some repeat species from previous posts, however I am posting some of the shots, that I like.
I am also posting mainly for some members who are going there shortly , they know who they are.
Also if I have incorrectly IDed some birds, my apologies.

Oh KD, what a magnificent set. All so very well done . The rain, the rain drops of the subjects and foliage just make for some intriguing work. I’m really in awe of the variety , the clean backgrounds ,the compositions , well everything!
This is as good as it gets! Damn you, KD ... but how can we top this? You have an amazing collection from only 10 days in CR. I don’t think I will have quite as good of a collection if I spent a month there! So kudos to your photography skills!
KD, this is an absolutely amazing set, and it shows your expertise behind the lens. The colors, clarity, BGds, perches and the variety of subjects is awesome. I have 40 picks, The only one I didn’t pick was the cara cara but only because it was stepping away. I am curious to the lens or lenses used for these ? These will be tough to beat, so I voted.
