I am not really upset because it is a complex process and this was an unusually busy week for them.
Same thing happened to me, I am now on my fourth rescheduling event with UPS

Question - what is the reason for not pre-ordering from your local store (if you have one)? I have never ordered a camera via mail and just pick it up at my local store. Always comes in the same or sooner than pre-order online at a major store. I'm just curious more than anything...

Since David(BM) and Fred insisted over the weekend that I should buy an A7R III, this morning I called three stores in the Sydney CBD to check availability. Two had stock. The battery is charging now.

Well once again trying to buy this damn thing I have another failure in getting one quick. I知 out for maybe a week or two. I have one bought and paid for at a store but I知 waiting on stock. No real answers on that either. Worst buying experience in over 40 years being in business. So I知 behind the grid in helping others here.

Congrats. You are going to love it! I am just blown away by it. Just working on finishing some videos of different tests like low light Eye AF focus vs the R2 for example. Working distance for Eye AF...etc

I preordered at 10am the day it was available, and it shipped on the release day...at least they say it did. The UPS link shows it as "processed" but not yet "shipped" still as of this morning. I emailed B&H just now. Hopefully this is a case of UPS not properly updating their system as opposed to the camera not being shipped as it should have been, and it'll be getting delivered today/tomorrow.

Camera finally arrives today. Batteries are charged and a screen protector is ready for installation. Only problem is that I知 traveling till Thursday night! Oh well, I値l live vicariously thru all of you for the next few days.

B&H just responded....said it went out on the 29th, and obviously can't help the fact that UPS's tracking is screwed up. So- New York to Indianapolis isn't that far, so hopefully I've got the camera in-hand today/tomorrow.

I am in the same situation. If you ask UPS, they will say B&H still has it. So we're probably not going to get it within the next few days.

B&H said it left their warehouse on the 29th, so who knows where our cameras are at this point. Probably sitting in a giant pile of boxes at a UPS distribution facility somewhere.

My guess is my 24-105 never shipped from B/H, that they never had it to ship.....or as suggested USP has blown a gasket. I shipped a camera today via my preferred carrier-and the FedEx guy said busy yes but all is smooth.
