I think Capture One Pro does. Got an email this morning saying Capture One Pro Eleven is now available. Will have to check it out.

I placed my order for the camera and the lens at B&H on Oct 26, at 10:01 AM for a pick-up in store, thinking that it would be faster than shipping. In hindsight, I thinking shipping might have been faster, because this morning I received an email saying that my order status was "backordered".
When I called them up, the first person I spoke told me that my order had not made the first batch, and it wouldn't be available til Dec 7. I asked to speak to his supervisor to find out why, since there a number of posts here and on dpreview, where people who ordered after me had their status changed to shipped.
The supervisor mentioned that because my order was pick-up in store, I had to wait for a delivery from their warehouse. This, he said, would not happen til later today or tomorrow. I'm not sure whether this was just a ploy to get me off the phone, but I guess I'll find out later today.

I ordered from Amazon many time using gift cards and my CC reward points. Whenever I canceled or returned an item, they refunded back to my gift card or reward points.
If you go with Bestbuy, you also pay less tax. I paid only $135 for tax at BB + $23 one-day shipping, still cheaper than tax at Amazon (around $270 I guess). I no longer order anything expensive from Amazon since the day they started to collect tax. (their tax rate is much higher than which I order online, ship to store/home at Bestbuy.

My BH order did not ship and was listed as in process this morning, so I cancelled online. Now the online status is showing shipped, but the UPS number is bogus.
It is just ridiculous. These companies don't have the infrastructure to handle the volume. Now I just want to cancel and of course the phones have long waits.

I've ordered from B&H since the year that they opened and never received a bogus number. They do have a process where you can cancel up until the item is in the warehouse being shipped. As you know, a ups tracking number is assigned prior to being picked up. This does not make the number bogus.

Wow... slow down a little. A tracking number won't be valid until it is actually in the UPS system, and that won't happen until they have the package in-hand. Even then, some o the carriers say they need 24 hours to ensure it will report correctly for tracking purposes. There's no need to start leveling accusations of something improper happening.
Why are you so wound up over this? Hold tight a few hours, and you will get your camera, and it will probably come pretty much when B&H said it would arrive, assuming shipping on the 30th and delivery through the method you chose.

Amazon completely hosed me. On phone now trying to get my 560 back but there out of stock. I was the first one to order at 10. I’m so mad right now. Never doing this again. They just pissed off a Italian from New Jersey. That’s not smart. Lol

Sorry to hear that Guy. That really sucks since you ordered from the very beginning. Talking about mad Italians from New Jersey, there was one named John Basilone. You should pick up a machine gun to charge Amazon's warehouse like John Basilone did with the Japanese.

UPS/B&H isn't much better in my case. B&H showed shipped at 6pm last night. Tracking number at UPS shows they haven't received it yet 11am this morning. Call to UPS - they can't do anything. Call to B&H, they're supposed to get back to me. Additionally, I paid for 1 day saver delivery and UPS shows 2 day air. If I could, I would cancel right now and order from Bestbuy.

Although my Best Buy order status still shows "Preparing" on the website, I just called the help line and went through the menus for an order status update. The automated message on the help line said "Your order is ready and waiting to be picked up by the shipping carrier. We will update you by e-mail when that occurs. Your get-it-by date is December 1st."

Well, it is past 12pm and no camera. UPS is now showing that it departed KY at 11:20AM. If it is going directly to Orlando (doubt it) and if it is picked up immediately to bring it to New Smyrna Beach (doubt it), it won't get here until the end of the day. Our plans were to drive to airport tonight, since we are leaving first thing in AM.
Calling them, now.

I feel bad if I get my camera before you, Guy, since I just ordered 4 hours ago while you pre-ordered from day/hour #1. Seem like Bestbuy is going to ship mine overnight today soon. Amazon customer services get worse every day. It's always very hard to find out a number to call and talk to them directly on the phone.
