Although my Best Buy order status still shows "Preparing" on the website, I just called the help line and went through the menus for an order status update. The automated message on the help line said "Your order is ready and waiting to be picked up by the shipping carrier. We will update you by e-mail when that occurs."
Let's see how accurate that really turns out be.
