I agree, but when I talked to B&H this morning they said overnight orders wouldn't be delivered until Friday.
I did notice early this morning that they have extended their shipping by a day. Normally if one orders an in-stock item before 4pm EST it gets shipped out that same day. This morning at 9am EST, in-stock items say "order now to ship Friday Dec 1"
I suspect Black Friday sales (up 16.9%) and Cyber-Monday sales (up 14% so far) have clearly overwhelmed sellers and shippers.

Hate the interface on C1 (sure if I spent time on it...) so I’m looking forward to an LR upgrade. Maybe I’ll jst edit the images with exiftool to fool LR in the short term...
Thanks for sharing your first impressions. How does it behave with adapted lenses? Is AF faster? More accurate when focusing outside the centre? In low light?

Got mine shipped today via Fedex 2 days and will be in my hands on Friday. Exciting! But I also ordered 24-105G and that was supposed to be shipped to me today too but I got no notification re: lens. Purchased both through Greentoe

Greentoe said from day 1 that A7R3 will be shipped on the 29 of November. Mine was shipped and is at Fedex Custody right now on the 29th of November.

If Adorama follows that rule, I guess I need to cancel my order. And have them credit my card, which they charged three days ago.
And credit me for overnight shipping, which they promised was going to go out Monday, Tuesday and today.
Edit: And, which I now see they have marked as "Complete"! Meanwhile, UPS still shows that only the paper work has been filed, so they have no arrival date.

To me half the fun is the anticipation. The wait for the release, then shipping and tracking and finally the new camera! I am as inpatient as they come but Sony, UPS and the dealer is nothing compared to having to wait for the battery to charge when it arrives. In saying all that it will be nice to finally have one in my hand Friday. Plus I am not sure my anticipation (patience) can take much more fun.
