A couple of weeks ago a 6 year old boy and his dog went missing in central Mn. Over 600 people responded to the local sheriff’s call for help.
I have a drone based imaging business. One of the sensors I use is a thermal camera, which I took to the search area.
This image is of volunteers lining up to search a corn field. It was taken at about 1am. Temps were 30degF. We’d had a lot of rain - it was wet and muddy going. To me it is a testament to a community that so many showed up to help. The boy and his dog were found at about 2a.

Mont St Michel sunset cleaned up with Topaz DeNoise AI. Did a nice job with the chroma noise and details. MP2 which as we know kind of goes to crap in the shadows at dusk

Did you know that it is strictly forbidden to fly in this area? Did you have official permission to fly there and how did you get that?
I have been @ this place in may 2019 carrying my mavic 2 pro in my backpack. No chance to fly, way too crowded everywhere, lot of police. But that was around 12 pm, hot, extreme sunlight.
So, you just didn't care, or did you have official permission?
(Edit): Be careful with selling prints and advertising that on the web, this is commercial use of the drone, for that you need official permission in France. Especially when flying in restricted areas...
Same must be said for your post above flying in central Paris. If you are caught flying without official permission, it will be really expensive...
Officials are really strict there due to terrorists attacks last years...

It has been a complete pleasure, and I rarely see anyone there. Now that I am back into drone photography, it will interesting to try to come up with some novel perspectives on this exceptional and very beautiful area (without disturbing the wildlife). I guess that is one of the big appeals of drone photography - the novel perspectives.
