Thank you for your feedback, Peter! Those were taken inside the Venetian in Las Vegas.
I lost money when I sold my original Batis 40. Well, what else is new, right? And, it was a stellar copy, too. Fortunately, I was able to buy another one at a pretty good price and it seems to perform about at the same level.
The good thing is that after 2 weeks of lots of sand and strong wind I didn't have a single grain of sand in the lens. There was so much sand on the camera sensor that I had to do a wet cleaning for the first time in many years...
