All of them are shot in FF-mode, the two marked with "Cropped" are cropped a little for compositional reasons.
Thank you. I love the Batis 85, but I do feel that it can be a bit short sometimes for outdoor kids action. Your shots show that it can do that just fine!

I agree, it is a little short for this, and usually I bring my Canon 135L for shots like these, but that day I couldīt find my Metabones adapter so I had to take the Batis instead. It did OK at least when I was able to place myself close to the action.
well, i figure i should get some Batis 135 on this thread - here are some of my favorites from testing it:
(strange that most of these are verticals as that's very rare for me)
I had some time to test my new Zeiss Batis 135mm f/2.8 lens this morning.
First I tested it for centering and I'm happy to report that it is well centered.
I took a bunch of test shots in my back yard. I took most of them wide open at f/2.8 and I tested some with my A7r2 in crop mode to see how it performs as a 200mm f/2.8 lens. Boy this lens is sharp but I also love the rendering and color and contrast.
The Batis is so sharp that sometimes I hesitate to post unphotoshopped photos of myself online taken with it, as I don't wear makeup and can't hide all the flaws. But I do adore the lens, and sometimes imperfections are what makes a person real.
