Thanks! I just used the multi-segment AE metering mode & adjusted the exposure compensation. I really should experiment more with the highlight-weighted metering mode
Quite a bit! I still love the III, but the IIIx has been getting a lot more use lately. I have been leaning towards the standard field of view in my shooting lately, so this one fits in nicely with that trend. As well, I already have the wide converter for the III, and I'm thinking of getting the tele converter for the IIIx, which would give me a very compact 21mm/28mm/40mm/75mm travel kit.

Not a terrible plan! But for me the Leica kit is here to stay. The Ricoh's as I have it now fit nicely between my M mount lenses... (21mm/28mm/40mm vs 35mm/50mm/75mm/90mm)
Then I also have a pretty complete Canon EF mount kit.... And a pretty complete Pentax 67 kit..... And a pretty complete m4/3 kit..... Plus a myriad of various film cameras. Maybe I should talk to a professional.

Yeah the Leica is nice and I don't see me selling it anytime.. My other gear is only a Fuji X-T2 & 55-200mm, my wifes Olympus E-M10 II & 14-150mm, a Fuji X-E1 and a couple of lenses I'm selling in the forums and this Ricoh..
The Leica kit with the Ricoh is a great carry set in my Domke bag...
