Last year I replaced my lost GR with an X100F. But I've returned to Ricoh and the GRIII and will sell the Fuji.

Had a feeling you'd end up with the GR3. Are you shooting DNGs or JPGs for your B&W? As you say, it does encourage spontaneity.
Yeah, it was inevitable. I don't think I've ever shot jpegs. I'm sure it's fine, but something about discarding all that data bothers me.
So far I'm mostly shooting in P mode, something I hadn't done before. Unlike with most digital cameras I've owned, P mode recognizes exposure compensation, and the wheel changes aperture/shutter combinations. And my concern about losing TaV mode is a non-issue because it recognizes auto ISO with manual aperture and shutter.
