Hey George - did cleaning the sensor help, or was the dust in the lens mechanism?
Hi, there was one piece of dust on the sensor but more of it was behind the glass filter, in the lens section. Actually, I haven't finished the cleaning yet because I need to buy smaller screwdriver to get behind the filter. I hope I'll finish it this weekend..
This is actually a really old image, c.2013. I shot this while reviewing the GR and traveling Europe. It exemplifies one of my favorite aspects of the camera, being able to just get super close to your subject without being intimidating. Granted they didn't know I was there, but the same still applies
Directly from a Japan, it's a FUJI GW690iii, medium format (6x9!) comes with a 90mm f/3.5 lens (equivalent to about 40mm on a 35mm camera). The negatives are ridiculous, about six times the size of 35mm film. The focusing uses a prism, you have to line up a small center circle with whatever you're focusing on. The camera takes no batteries and has no light meter. My order of Kodak Porta 160 should be here on Friday. By the way each 120mm roll contains only eight shots!

Just got a new stealth street camera...[/url]
Nice work horse - congrats! I have been toying for years with the idea to acquire one of these, in the wideangle (65mm) edition. This one will be great - and you will be directed back to the darkroom or at best to a good scanner...!
Would love to see an image comparison between the Fuji and the GR, particularly for dynamic range, with 6x9 scans...
