I am sure it will work. When I got my D500, the raw file couldn't be read by my Lightroom version 6. I did some updates on Lightroom and updating the raw engine to 10.1, and it is working now.

Shot it with the Tamron 45mm at f1.8. I decided to use this lens more and not trying to use it to shoot sports. Is a great lens and sharp too....otherwise.
