Hahaha, thank you Lance! My d500 was on jpg mode when I took these!! I was lucky the exposure was spot on. I must have Inadvertently hit the quality button and hit the control wheel!! I was pretty upset to say the least! It was a 13 hour drive to get there!!

So, where did you have to go to get them? I am from Australia and went to the UK, and in particular the Farne Islands, to photograph these little beauties.
There is two place you can see them in Canada. One is call Archipel de mingan , they live on a island called parrot island. The other place is in Newfoundland. I might go back next summer and sleep on the hostel on the island. I'll have to check out for price but it was really expensive but it's the only way to get the good light! The excursion leave at 8am and finish at 4pm!
