Ah thanks. I tried to look carefully but hard to see everything. Wish there was a summary of what lenses are verified in the first post.

Haven't gone through the whole thread yet, but has anyone experienced the adapter losing contact with lenses even though they're firmly locked in? It's happened a few times to me already with my 35 and 50 Art lenses when using it on my A7II.
When it happens the lens no longer auto focuses and the shows F-- for aperture. Most of the time, twisting the lens towards lock position works but occasionally I had to unmount the lens completely.

It happens to me may be a couple of times for a few months.
I switch the AF/MF button on the lens to manual and back and it solves the problem.

Not perfect solution, but works for me.

Thanks for your post Paul. I'd been thinking about the Canon 85 f1.8 and ordered it with the MC-11. Just tried it out last night and this morning - really loving it.

Since getting back to the computer and making a bit of headway against my month-long photo acquisitions, I managed today to finally try the 17 TSE and 24 TSE II on the MC-11 in daylight. It seems there is no significant loss of contrast, meaning the possibility of light leaks or poor interior baffling could cause fogging or low contrast. Looks good so far, but the real test will come under night conditions with city lights within the frame.

I'm very happy to have these lenses work well on the Sony. The viewfinder level is a great aid for hand held shooting.

All these shots were hand held, just running around my house and neighborhood like an idiot.

First, here are some 17mm shots, with and without shift. PP in LRCC.

I was wondering on my last trip to WA, how I would do taking only the TS-E lenses. I'm getting more inclined to try the next time -- 17, 24 and 45 TS-E, along with Sony 24-70/4 OS. At least this brief testing was a positive experience -- images came out very nice for IQ and focus -- the 17 is better than my 16-35L II, and the 24 is better than the wide end of the Sony 24-70. Even the much maligned (not by me!) 45 TS-E will probably be sharper than the Sony zoom.

This camera is terrific in changing light conditions. I love the metering and color balance.

More testing. . .

Here are quick shots with the 24 TS-E II and Sigma MC-11.

WIDE OPEN! :) Seriously, this lens is awesome as a walk-around, even using the tilt and shift. Great IQ!

I see there's a previous post that shot Canon 24-70/2.8L with MC-11. May I have a confirmation that it's the 1st generation? Thank you.

Has anyone tried the Sigma MC-11 + Sigma 150-600C on the A6000 instead of the A6300? If it works, no doubt focusing won't be comparable to the A6300.

That post was not mine... However I can confirm the first generation 24-70 f2.8L works with the Sigma MC-11 (at least on my A7II) . However in less then ideal light it is pretty slow to focus. I much prefer using my 17-40L which performs (almost) as fast and accurate as on my 5DIII and 5DII bodies.

MC-11 is more reliable than the metabones IV with 35L and 35L II. No disconnects, sometimes with the metabones the lens needs reattaching.
It is very nicely made. Tried the MC-11 with the 35ART and it was very slow in comparision.

This was the only places on www where I could find info about MC-11+200/1.8L
Question is in which mode and with which Sony model have you achieved Eye-AF?

Had an opportunity to test MC-11 in photo show and only face recognition worked (on Sony A7 II AF-S & AF-C), for eye-af - not supported for this lens.

Now working with TECHART EOS-NEX III, but it is not super reliable and have strange strange whitened ring on images (looks like somewhere in adapter the light is bent and reflected) with 200mm.

Has anyone tried the new firmware with Canon lenses and is able to report performance differences/improvements?

I am very interested to hear about this as well. Also if anyone can try the new 150-600 firmware with MC-11 (new firmware) and report on AF-C performance?

I'm using the adapter with an a7s so CDAF only and some of the canon lenses that didn't focus at all with the old firmware, such as the 40mm STM, does autofocus with the update.

Eye-AF is not supported with this adapter. My comment about using the 200/1.8L + MC-11 was that AF was very fast and accurate.

I tested out the new firmware with the 24-105 Art and I don't feel like anything has changed. No focus in low light at all, eye AF not accurate at all even in good lighting conditions

Just bought the MC-11 and updated it with the latest firmware.
AF works pretty well with the 150-600mm C + MC-11 combo on the A7R2!!
Earlier I tried the metabones and the lens couldn't really focus at the long end.
