Anyone else with the 85 using C1? Just curious how you're dealing with the distortion. Haven't had much time with the lens but it's looking like a 'generic distortion' setting somewhere around 25-35% is working OK.. I need to do a good brick wall test soon.

Go back to page 43 and 44 I posted a bunch all processed in C1. I have yet to play with the distortion though as I have been on a shoot in NY. Just heading home now, driving back across country.

Thanks! I have the lens, so not really looking for samples, just any experience correcting the distortion since there's no profile as of yet from Phase. Let me know if you look into it, and I'll certainly post the brick wall test when I have time to do it!

For the Batis 25/2, I've substituted the ZE 25 profile and it sometimes gives a pleasing result. Other times, I go without a profile.

Brick wall test as well as tile pattern test from our fire pit, along with wide-open samples.

Looks like 'Manufacturer Profile' @ 100% takes care of most distortion correction.

100% detail crop, wide-open. I'm pretty impressed.

Anyone able to test corners on the Batis 25 against fe 16-35 at f11 for me? I am having really hard time picking one between those two.
