Incredible series Corey. Voted!
I went out last night after 10 and got a very weak showing. It was stronger at 9:30 when I was driving home to get my gear. I heading to one lake hoping to find some water for reflections...no dice. Too early here for that. Hope the sun is not done for the season!
Thanks Scott! Ya, I had to be quick to act. A facebook group alerted me to Aurora down south and our Sun was just about to set up north so I had to hurry to get to my spot. When I went outside, I could already see the faint glow of Aurora.

The others are very nice too.

These are spectacular! I'm impressed with the shark.
The last one is my favorite of the series.
Thanks Mitchel. The shark impressed me too. I'm glad it photographed how it looked.

Hey Corey,
Wow... these are so awesome!!!! You nailed it here. I like each of these, and I can imagine the colors were just out of this world intense.
Where was this taken? I definitely need to make a trip just to shoot the Aurora.
Jim
Thanks Jim. I'm in Northern Saskatchewan. About 55 degrees north. We have some nice lights. Usually this time of year is the best for whatever reason. If I had to pick a spot to go to photograph aurora though, Iceland would be on my short list!

Love them all. The third one pops for me as the aurora reflection passes through the rocks and adds interest to them, whereas in the other photos they're easier to ignore.
Thanks for your comment. I agree, it does make the rocks pop!

Awesome, was too cloudy here last night, I'll be going out tonight to shoot some other things, hopefully they'll still be some activity as we're supposed to be getting some clearer skies.
They are still calling for them tonight. I hope it clears up. Nothing more frustrating than being awake at night knowing the aurora are buzzing above the clouds above you.
