Also, I'm new, so what's the etiquette guideline for posting pictures. Should I reduce them to a certain resolution. I see some nearly as large as mine, and others seem to be smaller.

phenomenal as it looks like a 24-70 and
folks have no freakin' idea you can get all

Thank you. I use a photoshop plugin called Neat Image (https://ni.neatvideo.com/) and apply separate noise reduction to the subject than to the background using layers and masking. Even though these were high ISO, the noise wasn't too bad to begin with. The subjects filled the frame nicely and the lighting was pretty even from overcast and rainy days.

What a great little bird. I have yet to see this species. I will have to watch for them, as I live in the Northwest extreme of their range.
