I have owned this lens since the beginning. And am I still in love with it. Escpecially, considering its size & weight when using it after the much heavier 70 - 200, f/2.8 FL ED (which is absolutely outstanding, ob course, but heavy). Recently, I added the TC-14 III and now have shot my first pictures with the 420mm on my D750. I will try to add them in the next post.
At low tide, the gulls pick up butter clams, then fly back over the rocky seashore and drop them. The fall onto the rocks is enough to break open the clams so the gulls can feed on the insides. The crows do the same thing.
