And lastly a detachable touch screen, preferably tilt and swivel.

What do I need more… anybody please give some input.

And have a nice weekend.

Looks like the compact field camera I'd like to see somebody make.

What are the dials for? Mode, speed and moving the mag box of course.

It looks really tough also, which the A7 is not.

You might want the VF far left, a special optical/electronic combo.

Too much imagination, i fear, for the local diehards and their habits

Oh, just give me a 36MP A7rII with:
- IBIS (still & video)
- Fully Electronic Shutter
- Much less noisy mechanical shutter
- Better moisture sealing
- Better button ergonomics (a la A7II)
- PDAF

and be done with it!

Interesting. Here is what I like:

I like the idea of a tillable EVF.
I like the idea of a modular design with the possibility of adding three different types of grips or going gripless for travel or a very small package.
I like the idea of having the LCD on the back be optional.
I like building Arca-Swiss compatibility into the grips.

Here is what I don't like:

Where is the shutter button? In the middle of the dial to the right? That would be very awkward for me and would be a deal breaker for sure.
The four dials. I like wheels for controls a lot better than dials and they take up less space. On such a small camera the dials seem to take up an inordinate amount of space.
The brackets. None of them seem to work with how I would hold a camera, and they look like they would leave a very uncomfortable grip.
The Arca-Swiss bracket on the bottom grip. Just the rail would be fine and then people can add a bracket if they want. Having it built in seems anachronistic with the concept as it is presented.
The hotshot on the tiltable EVF. You can't use the hotshoe for a flash if you tilt the EVF. Not very sensible . I would suggest losing a dial and adding a hotshot.
No buttons at all. Buttons have their drawbacks, but they are useful for some things.

Things that look like they aren't feasible:

The LCD screen would almost certainly need to be a lot thicker,
I think the EVF would need to be bigger as well.

So, an interesting starting concept, but the practicalities of making it work in real life seem like it would fall apart to me, and a lot more attention needs to be paid to usability, IMO.

It looks hilarious! Really bad design having identical dials next to each other as well - touch/feel is always best.

I just asked Sony for a Leica instead

How do you take pictures with no shutter release?

It's the latest in technology - the camera reads your brain waves and triggers the shutter when you mentally tell it to!
No more blurry pictures from stabbing at the shutter button with your finger!

I'm sure somebody has this patented already
