Just found this thread. I wish I had about a day ago before ordering the 35Z. I'd searched samples before and was never impressed, but these all have great rendering and depth.

These were shot on the D700 with the Nikkor DX AF-S 35mm 1.8G with Auto DX turned off and just lens profile correction done and vignette correction done... I didnt see a thread for the DX lens.
