It's a peach! The Mamiya 645 A 120/4 works extremely well on my FF Canon DSLR. This time next year, I'll be using it on a new high DR, high MPx camera - just don't yet know which brand it will be. 
I agree that the A 150/2.8 is also fantastic, and the A 200/2.8 APO is even better.

There is an excellent thread on M645 photos, including many examples from the A 120/4 Macro, but I can't find it. I'm pretty sure this thread was started by Kent (RustyBug), but I guess I can't remember its title...
