... in Costa Rica. Just got back from a month's stay in Costa Rica where the hummingbirds are plentiful, and possess such amazing luminescent qualities. These were taken in a variety of locales. We stayed in a small town named Ojochal, located along the southern Pacific Coast side of the country.. Some were taken there, many were taken in the cloud forest regions. Some flitted from flower to flower at a very quick rate, and were quite difficult to shoot. Others would hover for an extended time, and were much easier to capture.
It's a wonderful place to visit.. It's an amazing place to shoot. Already making plans for a return.
