It looks like Loxia's look makes a perfect combo with your Mandler's Lux 50
Yes Jack it does. I've found the Lux doesn't like bright light shooting, which comprises 90% of my shooting! But the Loxia handles the light just fine!!

Very again, Samuli...I'm loving your other type of photography at the moment. Not that I don't miss your trees(because I shoot a lot of trees, too!), but these images are really quite stunning!
Thanks Gregg, I enjoy shooting landscapes, but I have spent hundreds of days in Finnish nature, and I have seen plenty of nice things, BUT it's very hard to find places suitable for shooting landscapes, Finland is just too flat. So my landscape shooting is limited to few weeks in a year, and if I'm lazy and don't want to travel, then even less.
On places like Tenerife I have opposite issue; so many landscapes to enjoy, that it's hard to let go nice location to see others. I could have spent hours just watching how the shadows played in the edge of the forest and cloud. Actually I spent hours doing just that highly recommend.
Wider view with Zeiss Loxia 2/50 (f/8, 1/320s, A7r @ ISO 100, Hoya HD Circ-Pol)
Details with Carl Zeiss APO-Sonnar T* 2/135 (f/4, f/5.6, f/5.6, A7 @ ISO 100, CZ Circ-Pol)
So if I see a guy with an a7II around downtown Columbus it's probably you? I'm currently down here working for Ohio Health and staying at the Sheraton. lol

Nice sunny day with our friends...
Testing AF-C on A7r + LA-EA4 + Minolta APO 80-200/2.8 mostly f/2.8-3.5 with good keeper rate. On A7/II the AF on LA-EA4 can give even better accuracy.
A couple with the Leica R 60/2.8. I'm getting either a light leak or internal reflection from my adapter, as seen in the last photo. I've got a new adapter on order, but I don't mind it so much in this picture.

Jordan...killer shots. And the fact they were shot @1.4 is even more killer. Zeiss has done a fine job with the recent Loxia and FE lenses. I'm looking forward to trying out the 2/28 and possibly with the 21 2.8 converter, too.
Speaking of Loxia...here are more shots with it and the A7rM. I'm really loving this lens. Incredible bokeh, and very nice pop, yet not in your face. Stopped down is really excellent as well...
