This is good time of the year to re-visit old lenses and once again decide whether to thin out the collection. This process is usually followed with the "keep all the lenses" decision. Today I am looking at the Minolta AF 100 Macro with the A7rM
Great shots to all.
- Charles really nice to see some shots with the 35.
Here are a few with the 16-35 / A7 really shows the versatility of this lens.I find myself forgetting that this lens is a zoom.It has prime like sharpness throughout the zoom range. jsschemel, on Flickr
RE: post processing.
Thank you Charles and Ronny.
Actually my PP is fairly minimal and simple but in the past 6 months or so I've been saving images in AdobeRGB (1988) colour profile, which may appear over saturated when viewing in Internet Explorer. For Windows users I recommand Safari browser, at least for viewing images.
Sorry, I've been in enemy territory for a while, posting in the nature and wildlife forum, after having done some birding. Here are a few cherry blossom in the big city pictures:
Jako: I always marvel at the extremely natural colors you get out of your pictures. Color management in particular with human-made things is always one of my biggest headaches.
Ronny: The bokeh and light are outstanding. You never cease to amaze me.

And yes all my pictures are with the Sony STF, but I bought yesterday the great lens FE 35 1.4.
And that is the fault of this site.
So I have to learn a little bit with this lens.
