Bob, please-please take some pictures directly on the Sun or at night lights to see if the rays of light are so clean as the Biogon just bought by Gregg... Thanks, thanks, thanks

Manuel, it might not be as clean. While I'd hardly call one image a test, this is not nearly as clean a result as Gregg's biogon but I want to see what some night shots look like. This one was at f/11. A few others just for kicks.
Edit: We don't know what aperture Gregg shot his image with the biogon above but both show some sensor reflection. Again, I wouldn't put too much stock in my shots as I was mostly just focusing on getting used to the lens. I'll try to get some night images tonight.

Ronny - nice work with the Zeiss Makro, one of my favorite lenses of all time.First Snail shot is my favorite
Bob - Work with the Laxio looks good as well as with the 16-35 Zoom that will be my next lens purchase, i think it will make a great interior real estate lens.
Mike - Beautiful color in your sunrise.

Auto lens correction and lens profiles turned off.
First: Loxia35/2
Second: FE35/2.8
Third: 16-35 @ 35
My observations of this inconclusive test:
Loxia makes better stars
Loxia has better microcontrast
Loxia has least distortion
FE16-35 - weakest in the corners
