I am amaze by your city Prague. It's breath taking beautiful everywhere I go. Only wish I was not bother by a cold and are more willing to go around to take more pictures. So far I have slept inside my hotel 2 out of the 4 days I am here
as far as this 16-35/4 goes. I am shock how will the oss works. my last UWA was canon 16-35/2.8. this new sony lens makes the canon looks like a piece of shit....
Here are some images taken for my second outing with my Leica WATE last evening a little before sunset near the top of the Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA. Images shot with my tripod mounted A7r with my Leica WATE set to 21mm at f8; all images processed in LR5.7.
Ronny...which Minolta 135 did you get? I have the MD 135 2.8 also...very sharp, great colors, but it only has a 1.5m mfd which is kinda a bummer. I used it a lot for my 7 year olds soccer games with the A7. It's small and light, too. AND, you have a MD 35-70/3.5 macro coming too?? Awesome little lens! I love mine! At the moment, I'm liking my rented Sonnar 50 1.5...great colors and very nice bokeh. I have to compare it to my Nokton 50 1.5, but so far I really like the( I always have!!) Zeiss look!

NO!! Jesus did I bought the wrong lens !!
What an idiot I am
Well done Ronny!!
Haha .. If anyone is interested in buying a 35-70 zoom without marco
who shall be in top condition please let me know .. just kidding
May try to sell it and make a loss .. lucky that it was not that lot of money
My MD 135 is the same as yours Ronny, albeit with a later serial number. And my MD 35-70/3.5 macro is the same, but mine doesn't have the 40mm designation either. Just 35mm, 50mm, and 70mm then the two macro functions: 1:7, 1:4...

Bummer Ronny! I think the lens should be just as good, though, minus the macro. Beyond the macro function, the lens is still pretty awesome! Try it out and see, and I think you'll be surprised. It's basically the same as the Lecia R Vario-Elmar 35-70/3.5 but in a smaller package!
