This thread is full of inspiration and really fantastic photos.
Philip and Helena, I love the look of your shots. The lighting in each is just fantastic, and while you each have your own style, I think both are wonderful.
Mike Reid, your mountain landscapes are incredible. I'd love to hear a bit more about what goes into each shot, and any PPing you do.
Werner, your work is also amazing. From the soft water long exposures to the vintage cars, everything is just really well done.

so far, so good! When I first got the lens I was amazed at it's size and
weight. I took it out this morning with an "L" bracket and tripod & was very
happy with the results. I definitely will be using this for a while.....
When you put the batterygrip on, the lens balances perfectly and then it looks like one hell of a serious camera
is anyone shooting A7r with Sony 10-18 in full frame mode? I hear it is good between 12 to 16mm, but is it really? I have been trying to use my A7r with Canon 10-18EFS and it is the best at around 14mm, but even there there is heavy vignetting at the corners which is difficult to deal with in post. Is 12 to 16 so good to almost completely lose vignetting at the corners? I am thinking about returning the 10-18 Canon and getting the 10-18 Sony then. Not interested in dropping $1300 on 16-35, I rarely shoot ultra wide, but like to have an inexpensive option
abhijeeth amazing color in those. I have yet to have a trip pan out and get good clouds whenever I'm in the mountains. Stark blue skies or completely overcast and drizzly!
juan_ I really think your pictures show the good character of that lens! Nice shots too.
