This was my first time using a focal length over 200mm and first outing with the 300GM. I can officially say I'm extremely happy. All shots taken on the 300GM + 1.4TC. I couldn't be more happy that the 300Gm lived up to the hype.
vintage 35mm (would be more specific but on the off-chance anyone is actually interested - I'm struggling to find a nice condition copy that isn't decentered as it is!)
Nice shots, you’ve piqued my interest which vintage 35 it is!

"What was that you were doing on those stumps over there?" "Called crane technique" "Does it work?" "If do right, no can defense".... White Ibis posing as a crane. 😎 Sony A1 II with the 300/2.8 GM and 2XTC

Thank you but give me a sec to find a good copy It's nothing special...which is what I was looking for, take out on walkabouts.
Sorry, I'm literally checking everyday to get this over and done with. Last 3 purchases all have issues.
They're not perfect even if flawless and I'm still looking for something a little better but not too good. But I do want a good copy of this.
Anyway, vintage 50mm that arrived today... fungus. So also need to track a replacement. I hate ebay.
