Occasionally, my wife is brave enough to take an image with my camera with a manual focus lens attached. She took this one at South Point, Hawaii a couple weeks ago with the Thypoch 35/1.4. She did a great job.

The room with the furniture and objects on the ceiling was fascinating. Just a little twist makes you see the world differently!

Yes, it's kind of an amazing place to see in person. If there is room to put something somewhere....something is put there. . I always kind of feel like I'm walking into Hogwarts or something when I go.
Sharing some from my oddest adapted lens, I see a K-mount thread in the Leica/Alt forum but it mentions its for K-mount camera. I have a random Asahi Pentax 50mm f1.4 lens that I literally found with an old SLR Pentax that neither one of my parents knows the history of. Best I can guess this is from the 70s and it came with this lens. It looks clean so I bought an adapter on Amazon and just starting shooting it. I am not a big fan of 50mm but using this lens has bring some extra fun with it and sorta led me down getting more MF lenses....
Rendering naturally is a bit warmer than FE lenses, sharp enough in center stop down a bit from f1.4, F2 seems pretty usable. I think the old glass and lack of advanced coating gives it a bit of a diffused look, almost like its built-in with a Pro-Mist filter. Annoying part using a MF lens without electronics is you need to rely on mapping a zoom button to help you dial in the focus(as opposed to the camera doing it automatically).
An area I was hiking around in yesterday with moody fog— the creek has unusually warm water flowing through this canyon and therefore has lush greenery growing in and around it despite snowy wintery conditions surrounding it.
