I've been given the opportunity to photograph the latest candidate for U.S. President, Dean Phillips. He launched his candidacy today in New Hampshire. While I have many photos of the candidate himself, one of my favorites from today is of the media. With no intention of being political, I hope to share with this community some images of being on the campaign trail. This is something I've always aspired to do and I now have that opportunity.
Went to Shenandoah National Park on Wed morning hoping to shoot a nice sunrise but it was a blah sunrise, the foliage colors were gorgeous though. I just bought back a Loxia 21 for the second or the third time. I have been enjoying the CV 21 f1.4 but it's heavy. I don't think I ever shot it at f1.4 anyway.

Not the lightest and smallest lens in the Sony lens lineup but I gladly put up with the weight and bulk of this lens for bird photography. The question is though, for how long more can I do it?
