The desert is awash with beautiful wildflowers this spring. I was entranced by this tiny little flower all alone among the cactus.

The first image gives context to how alone the little flower was. Second is a little closer and the third is the closeup. I'm constantly amazed at the beauty that springs to life in the desert and then disappears days later. I'm heading out in a few minutes to capture a few more in better light that will be gone by the weekend.
