I havent seen Troy for quite some time; please say hello to him. Yes, it is quite a chore to rake and bag leaves but the fall colors in your neck of the wood are really beautiful. As matter of fact, I would like to join you to photograph them next year, if you dont mind. Lets talk about that in private when it gets closer to the season next year. Thank you!
This mostly silhouette of an elephant herd was captured at Hwange NP in Zimbabwe
Beautiful light, Joshua! West Virginia is really beautiful in fall, the twisty mountain roads are just so enjoyable to drive on even though not a lot of places on those mountain road have space to pull over to take pictures. Let me know next year.

I started paragliding 2 years ago, and passed the practical exam this summer. That was a sole focus, to the point I worked, took care of the family, and trained, or studied. I recently picked up the camera again and have been trying to bring balance to my life for the things I love... photography being one of them.
The Swiss 50 franc bank note was a good subject today. It was designed by Manuela Pfrunder (who I have heard is an accomplished pilot herself): https://www.manuelapfrunder.com/project
I took these taped to my home office wall with the a7IV and the 90mm 2.8 Macro. The notes were not perfectly flat, so I'm sure pixel peepers will notice some out of focus areas... but I am amazed at the detail included in these notes.
A ride in the Wye Valley on Sunday - 2 different churchyards. R4 with 16-35PZ
Early mist just lifted
A little later - low sun and shadow
It was also Remembrance Sunday, My great grandfather and namesake fell in 1915 and I like to attend one of the many small town outside services at 11am.
