One of the places I miss for unpredictable time - The Golden Ring.
As much as I love Kiev, Ukraine and The Golden Ring of Russia for the unique Ortodox masterpieces, there is zero hope to see those places in foreseeable future.
I may be heading to Ricketts Glen SP this Friday, hope the colors will be decent! The weather forecast says it will rain on Thursday so there should be enough water for the falls.
Just one shot from this morning at a local lake.

Almost heaven, as they say, Steve! You got some pretty light. I am hoping for nice sunrise and sunset at Blackwater Falls SP tomorrow.

Douglas, I think you picked the right day to be @ Blackwater tomorrow. Forecast is for rain and wind on Thursday, which usually brings the leaves down at higher elevations here. I hope you get the good light and good clouds tomorrow for your photo outing! I'd be shooting myself but I have a @##$@^ scheduling conflict tomorrow. Have fun! Steve
