Kit lens - the first Sony FF mirrorless lens, I purchased my first Sony A7 with it. Shame on me, but I do not remember the details of the lens (28-75?). It is really a shame because the lens was trully good, and now is serving the second generation of my family.

One from the other ‘kit Lens’, the FE28-60. The 28-70 is better than its reputation (not amazing, just thoroughly adequate) but the smaller 28-60 is surprisingly good optically, although inferior in handling to the 28-70.
It's funny that I mentioned about not able to get similar pictures like I can with Leica setup, and gave Sony a little cold shoulder apart from using it for videos. I decided to give my a7c and FE35/1.8 combo another try. Since I'm used to the saturated color output from my Leica M-P240, I try to think outside of the box with the lightroom sliders. To my surprise, it turned out much better than I expected! Maybe a little heavy handed with color grading on some of it, but now I finally feel like I can sell the Leica and stick with just one system!
I think 35mm is the best focal length for shooting cars which is why I love the X100 series cameras so much. It's almost the perfect car show camera , to bad I don't have one currently... the 35 Loxia does just fine as well, probably my favorite lens for this type of thing other than the X100.
50mm does well also but there's just not enough space at most shows, so the 50 becomes an issue.

Fine set of car show images! I haven't shot car shows for years. There was a small car collection at the sunset airshow I went two weeks ago, I didn't get any pictures of the cars as my mind was on the planes.

Thank you Alan! I had intended to buy the Syoptic 50/1.1, but getting unexpected money combined with reading about issues some people have with that lens I decided to treat myself to the Voigtlander. Love it so far.
