Looking at a "carpet" of Muscari "Bluebells" in a field of Muscari "Bluebells". You can some of the paths separating the different patches of plants and flowers to try to keep viewers from stepping on them.

Looking at a Rose from my Garden mist sprayed with a Glycerin Water mix.
Image cropped from left and right and taken with tripod mounted A1 and Voigtlander 110 Macro Apo-Lanthar lens. 2 Macro Focusing rails were used to position the camera and lens on the tripod head and tripod. The lower focusing rail for the X-axis (left and right postioning) was the Leofoto MP-180S and the upper focusing rail for the Y-axis (front and back positioning) was the Swebo LS001. Lighting was my first attempt at using my recently delivered Adaptalux studio using mini tripod mounted Adaptalux Control Pod 3.0 and 2 white LED light arms and 1 super bright white LED Lighting Arm S from behind.

Hi Jim - that one was a fair old crop too - according to Bastians review it covers about the same image circle as the total for the Canon TS 17mm - so it gets out a lot more, its not perfect but it is not bad, needs a bit more in post for me and my taste, but for my Cathedrals and such it is an easy carry together with the 14GM, and plenty of pixels for cropping on R4.
You continue to make excellent use of your Loxia's !!

The first 3 images of a landing sequence of the same violet-throated woodstar, captured at at least 20fps or maybe higher. Frankly, I forgot… .I ended up photographing this lil’ guy a lot… BTW, the whitish specks on some images are rain drops.
