Dahab - Mecca for windsurfers, divers, freedivers and lovers of good and cheap ganja - used to be small fishing village on the bank of Aqaba Gulf of Sinai Peninsula, Egypt.
To say that it differs from other Egyptian places is an understatement - you will meet only few Egyptians of Arabic origin here, Dahab is Bedouin place.
I call Dahab The Eight Chakra of the Earth, and I can not explain why. Yes, Dahab has the best coral reef I have seen... Yes, Dahab is full of the same people as I am... Yes, Dahab is the place where I have freedived (diving without equipment on one breath) below 50 meters... But still I have no explanation why I am coming back few times per year (circumstances permitted) after I first got there by chance 20 years ago.
