When I scroll this image on my iPad, there is some cool visual anomaly that happens with the pattern on her blouse/bustier. It looks either like that pattern is flowing or that the whole blouse is rotating around. I can’t figure out if it is a moire effect or just that I have an old iPad that has a slow refresh rate. Cool either way.

I think it was the moire pattern. I do see some of it too but just a little, because i only see this pic in fit screen mode and never scroll before.
