The inside of these cormorants' mouth is blue too. This one did manage to get the fish down (see below) but some had to gave up because fish were just too big.

The shad run at Conowingo has started, so more eagle activities are expected but you never know. I was was there for 2 hours in the afternoon on March 18, saw only two fishing episodes, but folks there told me there were more than 10 fishing dives in that morning. I was there for 3 hours yesterday morning, didn't see any dive close enough. Will go back to Conowingo after my trip to Florida in a few days.
