Along Jordan Creek. not far from the Pedestrian Bridge and Ford, Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA.
Something a little different than I think most would see here. I have a studio building and painting plastic models. So I have been using the Sony 50 Macro to take pictures to show the clients. I sold my CV 65 to move to a smaller, cheaper 50 macro and never felt wanted more resolution. To my surprise, at f/16, the GM 50 is way sharper than the Sony 50 Macro, which I usually needed additional sharpening. This GM 50 performs brilliantly at both ends. So the first picture was taken with the GM 50, everything was taken with the 50 Macro, and the last one was with the GM 135.
I had some issues with the LR; the parent folder images showed 0 or not showing. Although it happened quite a while but finally, I did look into fixing that today. After it was said and done, it brought me back to the first images I used a Sony FF mirrorless camera, the A7r, to December 2013. After a few test shots, to familiarize with the camera, here is the first real-life image. I used a Zeiss 135mm f/2.0 Apo Sonnar in Nikon-mount to capture the sago palm crown, hence the lack of the complete exif data. Yes, I posted this image back shortly after this thread started in November 2013 but I am reposting it again now after some new editing, 9 years later. I hope you guys don't mind...

Thank you. Due to Covid I have been forced to stay close to home and have yet had the opportunity to photograph much but here near Allentown. Providing we make our scheduled trip for most of March I will be bringing back photos of Italy to share and to hopefully get out later this spring to take photos in some of the NY State Parks, PA State Parks, and Shenandoah NP again. Would love to get out again to take photos in the Western Part of the country where landscapes are much more dramatic than in the more gentle eastern USA.
