Just went to Washington DC to see the Pentagon 9.11. tribute light, didn't get any picture of the Pentagon with the light itself. The structure is not easily visible from distance, especially at night. It's only 5 or 6 stories tall.

Hard to believe it's been 20 years already.

Single softbox on boom above the camera, on-axis and pointed slightly forward with glossy black sheet underneath. The glossy sheet reflects the light away from the camera, keeping the background pitch black.

Thank you Olaf.I also found my m42 Meyer Gorlitz Primotar 135/3.5 similar to Trioplan 100/2.8 in the bubble bokeh departament,but not as perfect.
