If this scene was in Oregon, the coyotes & wolves would be licking their chops. That river plain is really over grazed but if allowed to be free, the sheep will move on. Just spectacular shots of the roof of the world.
The area is a total desert, so this pasture is pretty good. It's easy enough to visit too, being in India. No real predators in the Indian side, the bears and snow leopards are in the rocky Zanskar and ranges habitat. In nearby Tibet, they have this great looking red Tibetan Fox, with a big boofy head. It always looks like it's nodding off, hooded eyes. Below, Indian mountain roads are improving, at last.
