Took an early morning walk and was rewarded with beautiful light, dew and mist. I'll probably post more some other day and in color too.

Yes it is, it’s the view from the Main Hill Road to Los Alamos.
On a clear day one can see the Sangre de Cristo Mountain range.
It takes 45 minutes to drive to Santa Fe.

One of the things that happens with very strong lenses at best aperture is that apparent depth is increased because one can see the focal plane more clearly. It's a kind of distant separation effect, and we'll see more of it with the new powerful lenses. Here the focus is on the foreground rock walls of the glacier path, the rear mountains are a little soft, despite being only 2-3 kms away. Bhatal, India.
