I have 2 Pentax and 1 Mamiya 645 lens , all good optics but lower contrast compare to modern lens. 120/4 macro from both brands are quite cheap in the evil bay (they all came from Japan).
I don't know how someone would rate these rapids but they were moving quite fast. There were signs around warning people not to wade into them or climb on rocks.
